PH Metre 0-10V Teknolojisinin Temellerini Anlamak

Bir pH metre, tarım, yiyecek ve içecek üretimi, su arıtma ve eczacılık dahil olmak üzere çeşitli endüstrilerde önemli bir araçtır. Kalibrasyon, ölçüm cihazının standart çözeltilerin pH değerlerini bilinen pH seviyeleriyle eşleştirecek şekilde ayarlanmasını içerir. 0-10V pH ölçüm cihazını kalibre etmek için, test edeceğiniz numunelerin beklenen aralığına yakın pH değerlerine sahip kalibrasyon çözümlerine ihtiyacınız olacaktır. PH ölçüm cihazının elektrotunu nötr bir kalibrasyon çözeltisine (pH 7) daldırarak ve ölçüm cihazını 7V okuyacak şekilde ayarlayarak başlayın. Daha sonra elektrodu asidik bir çözeltiye (pH 4) daldırın ve ölçüm cihazını 4V’yi okuyacak şekilde ayarlayın. Son olarak, işlemi alkalin bir çözelti (pH 10) ile tekrarlayın ve ölçüm cihazını 10V okuyacak şekilde ayarlayın. Kalibre edildikten sonra pH metre kullanıma hazırdır.

Doğru ölçümler için kalibrasyonun yanı sıra pH metrenin uygun şekilde bakımı da şarttır.
